#asktheexperts i am feeding mother of 10 months old girl. My periods have been like sometimes for 2 days and sometimes for more than 5 days . Do i need to visit doctor for consultation or its normal?

A. hi this is normal After delivery, it takes some time to normalise the hormones So you need to wait for few months Also make sure to have a healthy balanced diet & some exercise & good sleep
