#asktheexperts i am exclusively breastfeeding my 3 month son but experiencing hairfall what multivitamin i can take

A. Hair fall usually happens because of many factors and most of the time its multifactorial. Most important is the requirement of proper nutrition where a diet rich in good amount of protein iron and other micronutrients is important. Iron and Zinc also plays important role. Other factors could be hormonal disbalance specially thyroid hormone . A good cafyre along with maintainance of proper hygiene is also necessary . Use gfood product specially a mild shampoo with a good conditioner.

A. hi you can take iron and calcium supplements as per your doctor's prescription . for hair fall , maintain Healthy lifestyle avoid taking stress. take Healthy diet. do oiling with pure coconut oil daily. use mild shampoo or mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder for washing your hair
