#asktheexperts I am Brest feeding my 4 months old baby but i am not able to produce enough milk could you please let me know what actions needs to be taken to increase my Brest milk

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Have lactonic granules with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. The more u feed the more milk production will be there. Include jeera, garlic, fenugreek, raw papaya, oats etc in ur diet to increase bm. Take care
