Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent, hair fall is absolutely normal post pregnancy. Although it is temporary but it requires proper care . You should eat right and healthy diet. Include salads and protein in your diet. Drink lots of water. Massage your hair gently and use mild shampoo. Keep your hair tied as much as possible.
