Q.

#asktheexperts i am a mother of 3 months old baby. c section for me. my tummy is bigger than my pregnancy. what will be the correct diet plan? and when can i start my excercises? and also i have some pain on my right thigh. i felt the same pain on my both the legs after delivery. but the pain gone in left leg. pls suggest what to do?

A. you need lose weight. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
