A. hi mom u need to eat balance diet food rich in protein vitamin and mineral all seasonal fruit and vegetables and follow up with your doctor for details history and examination

A. hi parent she's ok take supplement as suggested by your doctor use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 take sunbathing daily
