A. Namaste Mom, Include foods such as ghee , panner , soya, sago , chicken , eggs, dals, lobia, chana, rajma etc kinds of legumes , also stuff parantha, kesar, badam, pista or dry fruit powder milk can be given as well soaked dry fruits , nuts and seeds
