A. To reduce stretch marks, include protein and vitamin rich foods in the diet and keep yourself well hydrated. Do skin toning exercises like squats, jogging, brisk walking, breathing and Yogasnas. Apply Bio oil or Aloe vera gel with coconut oil on affected areas twice a day. Make sure the skin is clean before applying.
