Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello good evening !! Kids height, check body mass index (BMI).Give balanced diet with fruits and vegetables, cereals which are fiber rich less carbohydrates,low calorie foods which will give energy but won't put on weight.
 Reduce white rice, carbohydrates include lots of fruits and vegetables, cereals, millets, fluids,water .
 Consult nutritionist or else Fit junior program is available for healthy nutritional diet is suggested by nutritionist depending on kid's BMI.
   As kid is 7 years old engage in physical activities outdoor games, cycling helps in controlling body weight.
