my weight is 68 kgs. my height is 5feet. what should i do to reduce my weight

A. Hello mam To reduce weight you should follow a healthy living pattern that included diet, workout.. Have small and frequent meals Include more fruits and vegetables in the diet Include protein in every meal that is breakfast lunch and dinner.. protein includes dal, sprouts, rajma , chana, paneer, soya, tofu, egg, oats, almonds, chicken , fish Reduce the intake of fried food, sugar and sugary drinks , bakery products, namkeen and farsan Water 2-3 litre per day Workout for 45mins minimum 5 days a week Include jeera water in your routine

A. U Then try intermittent fasting it is supposed to be very good and which is the weight loss is good but you have to eat proper food because you’re going to fast for about 12 to 16 hours it is very important so read about it online or consult a dietician before you go for it
