Rest the palms of your hands on either side of your body. Raise your legs up together slowly.

A. Workout you can do if you had a normal delivery and diet you cannot follow but yes exercising is going to be good along with that you should apply mixture of Kapoor and coconut oil onto your stretch mark area hopefully that should be beneficial
