A. Hi parent To improve immunity: Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered Don't use RO water as it's demineralized use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 Give her more probiotics millets and citrus fruits Don't give tough to digest food especially during cold weather , seasonal change and at night
