A. milk, curd, green veggies daily, ragi dosa on weekends. we also do one calcium and vitamin gummy after dinner, it's become a habit now. Consistency matters more than anything

A. hello make sure to give ur child calcium n vitamin rich food in the diet n also in regards to the supplement iss beter to check with ur doctor n she will guide u accordingly
