reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged foods.
Have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources.
don't skip breakfast.
have good water intake
at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily.
Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps in losing weight.

After pregnancy, once you baby turned six months old and you can start doing you were regularly. Yoga is the best way to lose the pregnancy weight. You have to do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning and also cut the calories intake and add more fibre and protein in your regular diet.
