to increase Child's memory power ,most important thing is to maintain Healthy eating habits.
because Healthy body ,has Healthy mind.
limit your child sugar and salt intake.
give green veggies , fresh fruits more which contains antioxidants and essential nutrients
give soaked almonds and Walnut daily
practice yoga or mediation daily
limit your child screen time.
make sure your child takes enough sleep
give age appropriate toys like Lego , puzzles etc.
