A. Hello. Eat healthy diet and have shatavari powder to increase milk production.

A. Hai good evening !! Have lactating foods milk,papaya,chikoo,rusk,bread toast,raw papaya curry,poppy seeds in curry or as milk,garlic in curry,garlic milk,saunf water also have more water. Give direct feed the more baby latches the more milk produces.
