Q.

need to know how frequently have to pump to increase the milk quantity.. as milk production is decreasing day by day..

A. you eat well. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

A. Hi mom The more u feed the more milk production will be there.. Have lactare tablets to increase your breast milk supply twice a day with warm milk. Do not take stress as this also reduces the milk supply.
