Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
