A. dear mum, to reduce Stretch marks you should moisturize skin. Have good fluid intake. Have a balanced healthy diet, especially intake of Beta carotene rich fruits and vegetables, good fat and vitamin e from flax seed, pumpkin seed, walnut, almond, wheat germ, fish However stretch mark may fade but not completely disappear take them as a souvenir from the life changing experience of being a mother.
