kids do this when they feel stressed or anxious or having low hb level or to get their parents attention
so please check all of these.
give homemade healthy food.
avoid giving outside food.
make sure your child takes food and sleep both.
limit your child salt and sugar intake.
don't yell at your child in revert.
take your child to the park or open place and tell him that he can speak or play with loud voice at that area but not at home.
limit your child screen time too
