#asktheexperts how to boost milk supply. I'm having gtx capsules as well as drinking satavarex thrice a day. Also, I'm trying full day to latch my little one. please help

A. Take plenty of fluids and protein rich diet still if it is not helping you then maybe the body is just not supportive of making extra milk in that case I’m going to recommend To stop fighting yourself and start giving formula to the child sometimes no matter how hard we try our body cannot produce sufficient milk so it’s always sensible to stick to formula in that case Write Your Answer Here
