See frankly speaking till the time your breastfeeding the child you cannot even work out if you’re not had a normal delivery that you can do after three months of normal delivery and if you try to do diet or much of us strengthening exercises then you are going to lose onto your breastfeed also so just eat well and feed well that’s what you need to focus upon
