#asktheexperts how much quantity of water should i give to 8 months old baby

A. 60 ml is okay. after weaning food at around 6 months of age, breast milk and formula are still more important than water. But you can begin to introduce it in very less amount.

A. U Can easily give Sabha somewhere around 150 to 200 ML of water to your child on an every day basis and if you can increase the amount of water to be given to the child and you should because water really helps a lot in regulating the digestive system and motion of the child for sure
