#asktheexperts how many times should I give solid to my 6 month old baby and when to give veggies and which time cerelac and fruits

A. dear mum after 6 mth complete begin top food in starting give a few teaspoon 2 times then increase one food for 3-4 days before introducing another new food start with veg , fruit , dal , khichdi
