RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl2 weeks agoA. Nine months onwards we start suggesting you to give all the family foods to the child which would be very healthy you can give egg yellow and chicken from the age of 11 months to the child and also vegetarian proteins fats and carbs of your choice
