#asktheexperts How many solid meals + breast milk/formula milk should my baby have daily? And what foods should I avoid at this stage?

A. Hi mom u can give three four meals in a day and milk as demanded by the baby. citrus fruits,egg,chicken, fish,cow or buffalo milk to be introduced once baby completes one year. rest u can give all.
