U Should have good amount of proteins that is going to make your Milk healthy but sometimes even no matter how well do you it doesn’t matter whether non-veg the Press be consistency is not that the that case you can always switch to formula feeding if it is needed otherwise try to have good amount of fats and proteins regularly and please mention the age of your kids when you post a question the next
