Hi , would advise you to focus on eating a healthy and balanced meals. imclude variety of homecooked foods like whole grains, millets, dals, sprouts, pulses, milk and milk products, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, healthy fats in small quantities and adequate water for hydration.
add small mid-meals after every 2 hours and regularize your daily schedule and meal timings.
avoid foods that are packed with maida / refined flour, too much of salt, sugar and fats, avoid processed, fried and junk foods, and carbonated beverages.
you can also starr with some exercise exercise, yoga or go for a walk.
