Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. it all depends because if it fungal infection it needs some treatment otherwise you can clean the tongue with the silicon brush or a piece of cotton cloth and maintain proper hygiene

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Two things can cause a baby's tongue to appear white: oral thrush and milk residue. Both are common and can create a thick, white coating on the tongue that looks like cottage cheese. In healthy infants, neither is serious, though thrush can cause some irritation.
