NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello you can give your child Lactare tablet which can help to increase the milk secretion and also you should have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion and also if bm is not sufficient u can give infant formula milk using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug
