Q.

#asktheexperts how can I feed solids to my 2 year 2 month baby boy, he only takes milk, smoothies and everything in purée form, if I feed solid thn he vomits what can I do ?

A. hi I advise to increase food consistency gradually it will make easy for you and your child. so initially ,give food in liquid food consistency ,after that , increase food consistency bit more and try to serve lumpy,well Mashed food items like consistency of ghee and then like sheera and so on.
