Talasmi moti if you may have heard of you can easily find it at a homeopathic medical store if you make your child wear that it is said that it does help in easy teaching to the child well actually I used it personally for my child so I believe it does work otherwise homoeopathic tablet number 21 and massaging the gums regularly with a soft and a wet cloth is also going to be beneficial in the similar situation for your child
