SpandanaMom of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. Hi.i have been into exact problem. before pregnancy wt 59 after delivery wt 69.its common in weight gain after delivery. it's OK don't worry. I have followed simple steps and I lost 11kg. now iam again 58.but it takes some time.i can give you detailed information if you are interested to know.

Dwipshikha Nag SahaMom of a 3 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. never ever prefer to gym as your body needs to recover internal completely... so have a healthy diet - fruits, veggies, protein foods like paneer, eggs, chicken ..
do some light yogas and suryanasmakara
and in the morning drink warm water with lemon / jeera.. this will definitely loose your weight and drink green tea 3 times a day which will loose your belly fat also

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. you may start with basic exercises like walking. Atleast one hour of walking every day czn give you good results. You can also do basic yoga exercises regularly especially surya namaskaram, pranayma these are very beneficial of your body is really fit then you can also go the gym for workout. Start with very simple firm of exercise
