Neelam sharmaMom of a 16 yr old boy3 years agoA. hello dear you have not mentioned baby's age along with the query however i can see baby is one year plus. you can give beetroot paratha, beetroot juice , add beetroot in curd , spinach paratha, mashed in daal , vegetable soup, apple , pomegranate juice or as baby likes to have, use iron vessel to cook baby's food etc
