A. Dust and smog I think that’s the worst thing that we can see in Delhi and NCR right now the situation is so bad where I also know that the AQI is above 500 right now so all these things can be a very big reason behind it so I suggest you to kindly get your child tested for the kind of allergies is possible and so that you can start with right treatment for that
