#asktheexperts, hi. my baby is not sleeping properly at night . for every 1 hour she will cry and wake up. how to solve this, it's been 2 months she is not sleeping properly at night. at night I am solid food (ragi porridge/ dal palak soup) for hunger , still she wakes up. what is the reason. please suggest anything

A. You should give wholesome meal to tue baby and before making her sleep feed her well so she is satiated and keep the room well ventilated and peaceful as well
