Set a bedtime you are comfortable with and follow bedtime routines like a warm bath or a massage,feeding,changing diaper, reading a book, changing clothes into a sleeping suit etc in the same order each day and try to wake up your baby the same time next morning, so that babies can predict it's their bedtime. It might take a few days to weeks to establish this but consistency is the key. Good luck
