#asktheexperts Hi, my 3 years 4 month son is not eating any fruits, rejecting simply, what to do for this?

A. Hello good evening !! Observe kid's taste preference offer him Fruits which are sweet taste ripen banana, Papaya, Sapota, custard apple, mango and then guava , seedless grapes , sour citrus fruits,pine apple , strawberry... You can offer as fruit salad once he is having Atleast two varieties of Fruits. Any puddings ,Flavored yogurt might help to introduce if he rejects Direct Fruits.
