#asktheexperts Hi Mam, My kid will be completing 4 months on Dec 5th 2022. Could you please let us know when to start solids? Regards, Nagendra

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello you can start with the solid after the baby complete 6 months and it is advisable to exclusively breastfeed the baby till 6 months and if the breast milk is not sufficient you can alternatively be giving the child infant formula milk stage 1 using a free bottle like babyhug
