very normal.. i was worried about same when my baby was this age.. but from 5-5.5 month he started turning to direction of sound and same I observed for some of my friends baby. Give time. Nothing to worry in this.

it is usually normal for this age,if not associated with any other problems repetitively,you should hrnot worry it does not require any kind of treatment or medicine .
 if you have any more doubts, get clinical examination done once by the doctor available and get further guidance regarding this.
