#asktheexperts hi mam my baby is 13 days old my breast milk supply is medium not heavy flow but after I emptied my breast it takes so much time to refill and at that time when my baby poop he ask for milk so I was giving formula milk also mam what should I do to increase my milk supply

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 2 m old boy1 month agoA. Hey! The more your baby takes in your breast milk directly, the better milk supply. It will be a natural body reaction from the Mother side. Nothing to worry. Include roasted Makhana, sesame seeds, methi in your diet
