Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. even if you are covid positive you can continue to give breastfeeding to the child and you have to just take care that you should wear a mmask while in in coming in contact with the child and also continue to do regular hand washing when you are holding the child
