#asktheexperts hi mam am having cold and sore throat, right now am a breastfeeding mother. can u suggest me tablets for cold and sore throat?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 month agoA. You can take wiki rule tablet and have more liquids and warm turmeric milk soups as it helps in reducing the dryness and irritation in throat and take good rest as well

Sinarist you can take three times in the day for cold and if you have a sore throat then you need to figure out whether there is a throat infection or something because if it is a throat infection then you can take Zifi 200 MG which is a antibiotic which you can take twice in a day and it will help in reducing the problem do gargle with salt and turmeric water
