You can take therapies if your doctor advises otherwise I will say your child is very small right now if you start with homoeopathic treatment right now and if you get the right treatment then you will see within one year vast difference in your child but make sure that you do not give any screen time to the child no mobile no TV that’s going to be very important for you to take care of an extreme patience would be required
