POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. If you're pregnant, limit caffeine to 200 milligrams each day. This is about the amount in 1½ 8-ounce cups of coffee or one 12-ounce cup of coffee. If you're breastfeeding, limit caffeine to no more than two cups of coffee a day.
