it is important that you should isolate yourself and should not come in contactx with people who are corona negative.
follow all the guidelines given by the government for coronavirus infection as well as take the medicines given by the doctor

Wear mask use hand sanitiser
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Maintain hydration
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
