#asktheexperts Hi, I have a history of allergic rhinitis for the past 15-16 years and suffer from asthma also. Now I am very much worried to see that my daughter suffers from cold all the time in spite of regular allopathic/ homeopathic treatments. How can I increase her immunity, please guide

You should give milk with turmeric and black pepper into that with two teaspoons of dry fruit powder which would be good and if you do not want to go for homeopathy or Ayurvedic you can try taking immunotherapy a lot of people are not much aware about it but you can search about it and if it suits proceed with the treatment
