The rashes were gone but from yesterday his rashes are back slightly. till now I haven't stopped following what doctor suggested. why are the rashes coming back?

A. please follow all adviced given by your doctor. limit use of diaoers, change it in every 3-4 hourky and givecdiaper free time afyer each diaper change, apply diaper rash cream.
