#asktheexperts Hi, I am having excessive hair loss post my delivery. My baby is four and a half months old and he is on my feed only.

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a lactating mother. drink plenty of water. take proper rest

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. hi apply onion juice on your scalp and wash it later..massage warm coconut oil on your scalp atleast twice a week. have adequate sleep and well balanced meal. you can even use mamaearth anti hairfall kit. happy parenting
