Q.

#asktheexperts Hi I am 44 years and recently had hysterectomy due to fibroids in the uterus.. with history of anemia n low hemoglobin.. Recently I have been facing a lot of hairfall since pre operative n post operative medications since last 2-3 months.. Can you suggest anything for hairfall control?

A. Hello! Regularly massage with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts , dry fruits and dairy in the daily diet. Check with your doctor for any kind of supplementation.

Q. I need your suggestion regarding my issue. I am 31 years old married since 2 years.
